Welcome to the world of Jersey Cookie Girl! My name is Nicole, previously I was an architectural designer who has now chosen to express herself through the edible art of “cookies”. I truly enjoy working with people, creating and sharing in the results of the collaboration. The art of creating a tangible item from a person’s thoughts and words is very exhilarating and fulfilling. Jersey Cookie Girl’s creations are handmade custom cookies that are designed and decorated to fit the criteria provided by our clients. All designs are personally done – these edible canvases are a combined reflection of the client’s ideas and my interpretation.
